Asanda Khakhana has been appointed as the new Chair of the TPA Board.

We are thrilled to announce that Asanda Khakhana has been appointed as non-Executive Chair of the Board of The Performance Agency, effective 1 July 2023.

Asanda is an award-winning corporate leader with two decades’ hands-on experience delivering business impact across the African continent.

In addition to a wealth of business experience, she brings a deep commitment to African excellence, with a passion for realising potential and driving sustainable growth that moves the needle on meaningful empowerment.

“We are delighted that Asanda has accepted our invitation to not only serve on our Board, but step into the position of Chair,” says TPA Managing Director Natalie Maroun.

“Asanda shares TPA’s deep commitment to business for better, and leaving our world better than we found it, and I have the utmost confidence that her specific skill set and the profound values alignment we have, will result in a powerful partnership.”

“It’s not every day one meets people and organisations that have a personal connection to the success of our beloved South Africa, and the Continent,” says Asanda.

“And when that shared vision and commitment converge, it’s bound to create an impactful future. I’m pleased and excited to join the TPA Board as Non-Executive Chair and to work with Natalie and team to expand TPA's success and leave a positive mark in the world.”
